Hi, everyone! Sandy here with your winners for this week. First, a big thank you to all who played along with my color challenge. You are all so talented and we are grateful for your participation. Picking winners is always a challenge!

Now, before we get to my choice for Headliner, let's see what caught the eye of the Design Team.

And now for our Headliner...

Kimberly Wiener

Kimberly's card is such a delight! I love those big, bold blooms combined with the delicate branches. The interesting layout and splash of black add interest. The texture of the background and flower centers keeps your eye moving, yet the white space keeps it clean. So perfectly put together! Congrats Kimberly, you are my Headliner this week!

Thank you again to everyone for playing along with us!  Congratulations to all our winners, please pick up your badges here.  Please come back tomorrow for a fun Clean-and-Simple Challenge from Joanne!

PP356 Challenge Winners

Nance here with a big thank you to everyone who played along with us in The Great Outdoors!  It was delightful to see all the different ways you interpreted the theme.  I especially liked hearing stories about family trips, traditions and favorite aspects of nature that inspired each of you.  Inspiration truly is everywhere!  Now, before we get to my choice for Headliner, let's see what caught the eye of the Design Team.

And now for our Headliner...
One day I would love to see koalas like these in their native outdoors--Australia is definitely on my bucket list!  They have been one of my favorite animals since childhood so I was immediately smitten by Tricia's sweet card.  Her coloring and shading is perfection and I love the baby koala with it's mommy/daddy.  The splotchy watercolor background is so on trend and the color of it makes the whole design pop.  Every little detail is perfect and contributes to the whole design without being forced.  Just a fabulous card!  Congratulations, Tricia, you're my choice for this week's Headliner!

Thank you again to everyone for playing along with us!  Congratulations to all our winners, please pick up your badges here.  Please come back tomorrow for a fun Color Challenge from Sandy!

PP355 Challenge Winners

It's Joanne here - what a fabulous array of projects in our gallery this week! That's what I love about a tic-tac-toe challenge - there are so many options, the gallery is filled with cards for babies, birthdays and lots more in between. I have really enjoyed visiting each of your blogs and reading about the creations you've shared. Now, before we get to my choice for Headliner, let's see what caught the eye of the Design Team.

And now for our Headliner...

There were so many cards I could have chosen this week, but in the end I kept coming back to Carol's eye-catching morning glory blooms. Beautifully watercoloured, the perfect balance of blue and white, with the clean layers and subtle stitch detail, along with a sweet banner and some clear enamel dots that reminded me of raindrops. Perfect in every way; congratulations Carol on being my headliner this week!

Thank you again to everyone for playing along with us!  Congratulations to all our winners, please pick up your badges here.  Please come back tomorrow for a fun Theme Challenge from Nance!

PP355 - Tic-Tac Toe Challenge from Laurie/Joanne

Hello everyone - Joanne here! Thank you to everyone who played along with Jaydee's sketch last week - her simple layout led to some really creative cards. This week we are all about team here at The Paper Players: the lovely Laurie was due to host but has unfortunately had to deal with a family bereavement and needed some time out so I am lending a helping hand. Laurie has done all the hard work and has designed a fun tic-tac-toe board to challenge us all as it's the fifth week of the month; I am picking up with the comments and visits to your blogs and get the honour of choosing this week's top pick. So, without further ado, here is this week's challenge board:

Check out this week's Design Team creations:

PP354 Challenge Winners

Hi Everyone.  Jaydee here.   Thank you to all of you who played along with our sketch challenge last week.  It's amazing to see how many different cards can be made from a single sketch.  We so enjoyed seeing your creations.  As usual, you made it very difficult for our design team to choose their favorites.

Now, before we get to my choice for Headliner, let's see what caught the eye of the Design Team.

And now for our Headliner...

Christine

I love Christine's take on the sketch.  All of that wonderful ephemera comes together beautifully.   The wonderful die-cut drink, the glasses, the leaves, the book font DSP, the butterfly ... all make me think of a wonderful summer's day spent relaxing and reading.  I also love how she tied all those colors together.  The polka dot background just seems to be perfect.  So many wonderful things going on that I could stare at it for ages!  Congratulations, Christine on being my headliner this week
